About the Role
This position reports to the Sleep Care Manager and will be a remote position. As a Clinical Enablement Manager, you will lead the onboarding, training, and ongoing development of both our Respiratory Therapists and Sleep Technologists to ensure consistent, high-quality patient care across the organization.
This role serves as a subject matter expert in sleep medicine, PAP therapy, and sleep testing, while driving excellence in result-review consultations, patient communication, and clinical workflows. You will design and deliver training programs, conduct quality assurance reviews, and partner cross-functionally to translate clinical and product updates into effective education and practice. This role plays a critical part in elevating clinical quality, improving patient outcomes, and strengthening clinician performance.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and deliver onboarding and ongoing training programs for RT’s and RPSGT’s, including live sessions, virtual learning, and hands-on coaching.
- Train Level 3 RT/RPSGTs to support onboarding of new staff members and ensure consistent, scalable training delivery.
- Clinical subject matter expert in sleep apnea and PAP therapy, leading clinician training on sleep coaching and result-review consultations using scripting, role-play, and patient engagement best practices.
- Conduct and model high-quality video result-review consultations with patients and/or clinicians.
- Review recorded clinical encounters to evaluate quality, accuracy, and consistency in order to provide structured, actionable feedback and coaching plans to improve individual and team performance.
- Create training content while overseeing updates to clinical workflows, documentation, and knowledge base content in Notion.
- Maintain regulatory compliance and audit readiness by translating current sleep medicine research and clinical guidelines into HIPAA-compliant training and activities.
- Partner with Cross functional teams to align training with workflows and business needs.

What We Are Looking For
- Licensed RRT and/or RPSGT with 4+ years of experience in telehealth, DME, or sleep care.
- Deep knowledge of sleep apnea, PAP therapy, testing results, and patient education.
- Proven ability to design curricula, assess competency, and lead clinical education or sales conversion training.
- Strong skills in providing feedback, conducting QA call reviews, and mentoring clinicians of all levels.
- Excellent verbal and written skills with a knack for simplifying complex clinical concepts for patients and staff.
- Tech-savvy across platforms like Zoom, Notion, Zoho, and Zendesk within a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented, adaptable, and committed to maintaining professional integrity and HIPAA confidentiality.

Compensation Range
$70,000 - $85,000. Note that final compensation is subject to the candidate’s specific qualifications and location, as well as the needs of the company.
