
Agency Services Coordinator

What you will be doing:
- Administer agency set-up, credentialing, and compliance.
- Process appointment applications, agent contracting paperwork, licenses, forms and required information.
- Review documents for completeness and proactively solicit missing documents.
- Assist agents with inquiries regarding licensing and appointment status.
- Contact agencies and relevant partners to verify that contact information, websites, and contracts are current.
- Assist with processing agency updates, agent of record changes and book transfer requests.
- Respond to telephone, online/electronic, and written inquiries.
- Organize and update agency files per regulatory and industry requirements, complying with all federal and state regulations as well as company policies and procedures.
- Handle confidential information with tact and discretion.
- Proactively initiate and assist with various department projects.
- Perform other duties, as assigned.
What you already have:
Education, Experience, and Licensing:
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- 2 years' experience in customer service or office administration required.
- Experience supporting insurance processing preferred.
- Active State Personal Lines Property & Casualty license preferred but not required.
Qualifications/Skills and Competencies:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact on a professional level.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to plan and prioritize effectively.
- Ability to work independently while effectively communicating with multiple teams.
- Ability to learn new systems and applications.
- Ability to focus on a specific task or multiple tasks efficiently and accurately.
- Proven ability to be adaptable and flexible; adjusting to new requirements or unforeseen issues.
- Ability to collaborate with internal departments to provide the best resolution.
- Proficient in MSO/365 applications such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
