We are currently hiring remote individuals for this role.
This position is full-time, Monday-Friday hours.

What you will be doing:
- Accurately modify, update, and process policy change requests within underwriting guidelines.
- Review and verify data is accurate and all documentation is received when processing requests.
- Review and approve or decline requests submitted by agents through the policy binding platforms.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by communicating with agents, policyholders or third parties via email and phone to gather or clarify information related to policy changes.
- Respond in a timely manner to all inquiries.
- Ensure call center metrics are met, including agent, customer and third-party satisfaction.
- Assists in various Policy Services-related projects.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What you have:
Education, Experience, and Licensing:
- High School diploma required.
- Experience working in an Insurance Agency preferred but not required.
- Experience working in Residential Property Insurance is a plus but is not required.
Qualifications/Skills and Competencies:
- Knowledge of the property & casualty insurance industry, products, and services preferred but not required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with internal and external personnel professionally.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to plan and prioritize effectively.
- Strong ability to build positive relationships with internal departments. This involves being approachable, respectful, and proactive in reaching out for collaboration.
- Problem-solving and process improvement skills.
- Ability to learn new systems and applications.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications such as Teams, SharePoint, Word, and Excel.
- Collaborative partner, ability to contribute to a positive work environment.
- Detail oriented
- Desire to live Slide's Core Values.
