We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Warehouse Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is critical in ensuring the seamless flow of materials and products through the organization—from receiving and inventory management to packaging and shipping. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in warehouse operations, ERP systems, and continuous improvement methodologies such as 5S and Kanban.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive Cross-functional Efficiency: Prepare, package and track shipments. Coordinate with logistics, customer service, and internal stakeholders to resolve any shipping delays including keeping internal stakeholders informed
- Office and Facility Management: Use ERP and internal systems to organize, manage, maintain and troubleshoot raw material movements, inventory levels, transfers, and department distribution including variances. Ensure accuracy with order placement, receipt, and handling of warehouse deliveries.
- Ensure Compliance: Support cycle counts, inventory audits, restocking, and inventory control procedures in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Perform additional tasks as required to support overall warehouse operations.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in warehouse coordination or similar logistics role.
- Strong understanding of inventory control, shipping/receiving, and warehouse management practices.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Fishbowl etc.).
- Knowledge and hands-on experience with 5S and Kanban systems.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift and move materials up to [insert weight, e.g., 20 lbs.] as needed.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
