We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead strategy, execution, and optimization across all digital channels. This role is responsible for building and scaling high-performing digital campaigns—Google Ads, LinkedIn ads, retargeting, paid search, and email automation—while establishing rigorous tracking, analytics, and performance measurement.
Experience integrating marketing workflows with NetSuite is strongly preferred.

The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on: data-oriented, technically fluent, comfortable in a fast-paced environment, and capable of translating complex scientific value propositions into compelling digital engagement. This role also requires exceptional presentation and slide-building skills, including the ability to transform data, narratives, and scientific concepts into polished, visually compelling executive-ready decks.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Campaign Strategy & Execution
  • Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, retargeting, display, programmatic).
Manage keyword strategy, audience segmentation, ad optimization, and A/B testing.
  • Oversee end-to-end funnel workflows—from awareness through conversion—across paid and organic channels.
  • Build and optimize automated email journeys, nurture streams, and drip campaigns.
Analytics, Tracking & Optimization
  • Implement, maintain, and optimize tracking mechanisms across all channels (GA4, UTM structures, conversion tracking, pixel management, tag manager).
  • Establish and report on KPIs, including ROI, CAC, CPL, funnel efficiency, and lifetime value.
  • Build dashboards and reporting frameworks with data pulled from NetSuite, Google Analytics, ad platforms, and CRM.
  • Conduct ongoing analysis to improve conversion rates and campaign performance.
NetSuite & Marketing Systems Integration
  • Configure and maintain marketing-related workflows within NetSuite (campaign tagging, lead routing, analytics integration).
  • Partner with Sales Operations to ensure clean data flow between CRM, marketing automation, and reporting systems.
  • Support campaign attribution and revenue reporting through NetSuite dashboards and saved searches.
Content & Creative Collaboration
  • Work closely with product marketing and creative teams to develop compelling ad copy, landing pages, and visual assets.
  • Ensure scientific accuracy and brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
  • Manage and optimize landing pages for SEO, user experience, and conversion performance.
  • Own the creation of high-quality presentations and executive-ready slide decks for internal and external use, including campaign recaps, quarterly business reviews, performance reports, product launches, webinars, and strategic planning meetings.
  • Translate complex data and scientific concepts into clear, visually engaging, and persuasive slides with strong storytelling structure.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with sales, product marketing, and operations to align digital strategy with broader go-to-market goals.
  • Support product launches, webinars, field campaigns, and trade show promotions with targeted digital amplification.
  • Collaborate with finance and leadership to validate marketing ROI and support revenue forecasting.
Qualifications
  • 3–7+ years of digital marketing experience; biotech, life sciences, diagnostics, or B2B technology strongly preferred.
  • Proven track record managing paid digital campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads) with measurable revenue impact.
  • Deep proficiency in Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, paid media dashboards, and advertising analytics.
  • Hands-on experience with NetSuite marketing/campaign modules (required or strongly preferred).
  • Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, ActiveCampaign, etc.).
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and convert it into actionable insights.
  • Exceptional presentation design skills, PowerPoint, Google Slides, or similar—with a portfolio demonstrating clarity, visual polish, and structured storytelling.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities.
Preferred Experience
  • Background in marketing for scientific or technical audiences.
  • Experience designing full-funnel attribution models and ROI frameworks.

  • Basic graphic design skills or experience collaborating closely with design teams.

OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
