The SlumberPod brand was founded in 2016 by Lou Childs and Katy Mallory, a mother-daughter team with a love for problem-solving.  Our flagship product SlumberPod brings a solution to the age-old problem of trying to get a good night’s sleep while room sharing with a baby or toddler.

In January 2020, Katy and Lou were featured on ABC's Shark Tank (Season 11, Episode 10).  Today SlumberPod is helping over 250,000 families sleep better across the globe.  SlumberPod is part of Artica Brands, a Private Equity Portfolio Company that acquires eCommerce brands who have already achieved product market fit, in high volume categories with a large Total Addressable Market (TAM) opportunity.
