People & Culture Generalist

In this role, you will be instrumental in:
- Coordinating P&C processes for our global team, from background checks to the exit process, ensuring seamless administrative support.
- Assisting with the new hire onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for our talented newcomers.
- Partnering with various vendors in support of employee pay, perks, and benefits
- Providing support in the development of internal policies and procedures related to our global employees.
- Maintaining and updating required labor postings and displays; responding to verification requests, such as employment and unemployment verification from government agencies and other entities.
- Assisting with payroll management and contributing to overall team success.
- Contributing to the development of a variety of projects and initiatives to include: P&C data audits, new hire orientation, new program development and implementation, etc.

- You possess knowledge of HR functions and best practices, with a minimum of 2 years of experience as an HR Coordinator.
- You excel in English written and verbal communication, effortlessly building relationships and conveying information clearly.
- You thrive under pressure, meeting deadlines consistently with meticulous attention to detail.
- You're highly organized and detail-oriented, with exceptional skills in record keeping and conflict management.
- You're a natural problem solver and decision-maker, approaching challenges with a proactive and resourceful mindset.
- You're dependable, motivated, and passionate about creating a positive work environment.
- You hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
