You will be a member of a highly experienced team – UX Researchers, Product Designers and Technical Writers. - Design complex workflows and features using our design system to deliver user-friendly, consistent, and visually engaging experiences.
- Translate business and user challenges into intuitive solutions grounded in research, user empathy, and a clear understanding of goals.
- Help define and evolve the Test Hub Cloud experience through thoughtful, user-centered design.
- Lead end-to-end design initiatives—from discovery to delivery—ensuring alignment with product strategy and customer needs.
- Collaborate closely with UX researchers, preparing interactive prototypes and participating in validation sessions to guide design decisions with real insights.
- Maintain daily collaboration with project teams and the broader Product Design team, ensuring alignment and knowledge-sharing across initiatives.
- Partner with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders across different cultures and disciplines to co-create value and achieve shared outcomes.
- Present your work in team reviews, clearly articulating design decisions and adapting based on feedback from stakeholders and peers.
- Participate in and facilitate workshops and ideation sessions to generate ideas and frame opportunities.
- Build and maintain reusable design components to support efficiency and consistency across product surfaces.
- Contribute to a positive team culture with a can-do approach, courage to speak up, and a mindset focused on continuous learning.
- Experience as a Product Designer, with a focus on B2B SaaS or enterprise products.
- Experience designing data-heavy, multi-step workflows and complex interfaces for technical or professional users.
- Proficiency in Figma, Miro, and other modern design tools, with daily use of design systems to streamline work.
- Skilled in creating interactive prototypes for usability testing and research validation.
- A strong understanding of user-centered design principles, coupled with the ability to transform complex problems into intuitive solutions.
- Demonstrated experience working alongside UX researchers, applying insights to shape designs that solve real user needs.
- Ability to design thoughtful, user-focused, and visually appealing interfaces that deliver clarity and delight.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to express ideas clearly and respectfully in a multicultural, distributed environment.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in interdisciplinary teams (product managers, developers, product owners, etc.).
- Familiarity with B2B UX/UI patterns and workflows, and a deep appreciation for designing at scale within technical constraints.
- Fluent in English at B2 level or higher, both written and spoken.
- Relevant educational background in design, HCI, psychology, or related fields.
- Experience designing tools for technical audiences, such as quality engineers, testers, or developer teams.
- Familiarity with product analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude) to support data-informed design.
- Exposure to agile, lean UX, or dual-track agile product development methodologies.
