Senior Software Engineer – C++ Test Hub
- Design, develop, and maintain core features of our Windows desktop testing tools using C++, Win32, COM, and Delphi.
- Lead technical discussions, ensure code quality, and mentor junior team members while collaborating across teams.

About the role
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will:
- Architect, design, and implement key components in C++ (11/14/17), Win32, COM, and Delphi.
- Drive engineering best practices through code reviews, mentoring, and technical guidance.
- Collaborate closely with QA, product managers, and UX teams to align technical solutions with product needs.
- Own delivery of high-quality features, ensuring performance, stability, and scalability.
- Contribute to automation and CI/CD improvements using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and related tools.
- Help modernize and refactor legacy components, including those in Delphi, as part of our long-term strategy.
We are looking for you if you have:
- 6+ years of hands-on C++ development experience on Windows desktop applications.
- Strong knowledge of Win32, COM, and familiarity with Delphi codebases.
- Experience working in CI/CD environments with tools like Jenkins or GitHub Actions.
- Solid grasp of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and performance optimization.
- Proven ability to lead technical initiatives and mentor other developers.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
