Senior Product Marketing Manager – BugSnag (Observability) – P4
- Own product marketing strategy and go‑to‑market execution for BugSnag within SmartBear’s observability domain.
- Drive positioning, messaging, and pipeline impact for developer‑focused observability.
- Partner cross‑functionally with Product, Growth, Sales, and Developer Relations to accelerate adoption and revenue growth.

About the Role
As a Senior Product Marketing Manager – BugSnag you will:
- Own end‑to‑end product marketing strategy for BugSnag, defining positioning, messaging, and differentiation within the observability and application monitoring market.
- Lead go‑to‑market strategy for product launches, feature releases, and growth initiatives with measurable pipeline and adoption goals.
- Partner with Product Management to shape roadmap priorities using customer insights, market research, and competitive intelligence.
- Collaborate with Growth Marketing to develop integrated demand programs, campaigns, and product‑led growth initiatives that drive qualified pipeline.
- Develop compelling narratives that translate complex technical capabilities into clear business and developer value.
- Enable Sales and Sales Engineering with high‑impact assets including pitch decks, demos, competitive battlecards, and technical messaging.
We are looking for you if you have
- 7+ years of Product Marketing experience in B2B SaaS, ideally within developer tools, infrastructure, or observability platforms.
- Strong technical acumen and familiarity with observability, error monitoring, or application performance monitoring concepts.
- Experience engaging technical audiences such as developers, SREs, platform engineers, and engineering leadership.
- Demonstrated success driving pipeline impact through close partnership with Growth or Demand Generation teams.
- Ability to translate technical product capabilities into clear value propositions for both technical and business stakeholders.
- Exceptional storytelling, communication, and cross‑functional leadership skills.
