Role

As a Clinical Customer Success SME at SmarterDx, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our sales initiatives, particularly in demonstrating and explaining our cutting-edge Revenue Cycle Management technology solutions to prospective clients in the healthcare sector. Your expertise as a clinician, combined with your in-depth knowledge of healthcare technology, will enable you to engage effectively with fellow clinicians, ensuring our solutions meet their specific needs and standards. This is an opportunity to work on leading-edge technology in healthcare and help make a significant impact on the industry.

This role is fully remote within the US.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and assist in software demonstrations with clinical buyers. Utilize your clinical background to relate to potential clients on a peer level and enhance the credibility of our solutions.
  • Work alongside the sales team to support deal closure by providing expert insights and addressing technical and medical queries from prospects.
  • Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to lend a clinical perspective to the development of marketing materials and product features.
  • Represent the company at industry conferences and events, potentially speaking to enhance brand visibility and credibility. 
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare industry, leveraging your clinical expertise and network to open new channels and opportunities for the company.

Required Qualifications

  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree and completion of residency training
  • Strong ability to engage and communicate effectively with healthcare professionals at all levels
  • Understanding of the healthcare industry's dynamics, especially in areas such as Revenue Cycle, Clinical Documentation, and Coding.

Compensation

  • $275K to $350K total cash comp + equity
