We’re looking for a Staff Product Manager to own and scale a market expansion of our game-changing AI product, Prebill, driving its commercial impact and industry adoption in Inpatient and Outpatient Charge Integrity. As a Staff Product Manager, New Products, you will lead the evolution of our platform to support 100% of our customers' earned revenue. Your role involves deeply understanding user workflows, refining platform capabilities, and ruthlessly prioritizing initiatives that deliver measurable business outcomes. You’ll collaborate with engineering, data science, design, and client success to build and scale the product, balancing innovation with execution. With an entrepreneurial lens, you'll ensure the platform becomes the go-to solution for AI-assisted Charge Integrity. Reporting to the VP Product, you’ll have the autonomy to execute, while aligning on market trends and growth strategy.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and scale the New Markets product, defining its strategy, roadmap, and execution.
  • Roll up your sleeves and ruthlessly prioritize features based on user needs, market demand, and commercial impact.
  • Embed in User and Buyer personas, gaining empathy and understanding, both on site and remotely
  • Become an Expert on Charge Integrity market trends and innovations
  • Work closely with engineering, data science, machine learning and design to translate market needs into AI predictions into real-world user value
  • Define, track, and report on key success metrics to measure product performance and adoption.
  • Communicate clearly with stakeholders, ensuring alignment across product, sales, and customer success teams.
  • Write and standardize product and technical documentation, modeling strong project management best practices.

What You Bring

  • 7+ years of product management experience in B2B healthcare, ideally in automation, AI-driven workflows, and/or revenue cycle management.
  • Proven ability to launch 0 to 1 products, scale and mature a product platform, balancing technical constraints with user needs.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, data science, and UX teams to drive product success.
  • Experience working directly with customers.
  • Experience working with healthcare data products and using data visualization to drive user decisions.

Nice to Haves

  • Strong understanding of charge capture, revenue integrity, revenue cycle operations, and payer-provider dynamics.
  • Familiarity with healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR) and EMR/EHR integrations.
  • Prior experience in a high-growth startup or fast-paced product environment.
  • Exposure to QA methodologies to ensure AI-generated content accuracy.

Compensation

  • $200K to $225K salary + equity + benefits
