Senior FP&A Analyst

Role

We’re looking for our first FP&A-dedicated analyst to join our growing finance team. You’ll help build our FP&A processes as the business undergoes significant growth and transformation. In this role, you will help drive strategic decision-making through data, insight, and financial rigor. You will work cross-functionally with leadership across the organization to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate has considerable financial acumen and experience as a business partner to technical, GTM, and operational functions.

**This role is fully remote within the US**

What You'll Do

  • Lead monthly forecasting, reporting, and variance analysis
  • Build and maintain financial models for long-term planning and scenario analysis
  • Partner with department heads to develop and monitor budgets and KPIs
  • Drive process improvements and automation in financial planning systems
  • Prepare executive dashboards, board-level materials, and investor updates
  • Provide ad hoc analysis to support data driven decision making and strategic initiatives
  • Partner with accounting to ensure financials are aligned with budget

What You Bring

  • 3–5 years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, private equity, or corporate finance
  • Experience building 3-statement financial models and conducting variance analyses
  • Experience partnering with cross-functional teams and presenting to senior leaders
  • Experience developing financial reporting materials for executive management, boards, or external investors
  • Excellent communication, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset

Nice to Haves

  • Experience in a high-growth startup environment
  • Understanding of GAAP accounting principles
  • Familiarity with SaaS metrics
  • Proficiency in financial planning tools
  • Familiarity with healthcare Revenue Cycle Management is a bonus

Compensation

$145,000 - 175,000 salary + equity incentives
