Senior Manager, Consolidation and ERP Transformation
Role
We’re hiring a Senior Manager, Global Consolidation & ERP Transformation to lead the multi-entity, multi-currency consolidation process for our growing platform and drive ERP transformation initiatives across Oracle Fusion and NetSuite. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in global consolidations, strong U.S. GAAP knowledge, and a proven track record implementing, integrating, and optimizing ERP systems in complex, high-growth environments.
This is a high-impact role with visibility to senior finance leadership, responsibility for close process accuracy and efficiency, and a mandate to modernize and scale our ERP environment in alignment with our growth strategy.

**This role is fully remote within the US**
What You’ll Do
- Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidation process across all domestic and international entities, including intercompany eliminations, foreign currency translations, and consolidation adjustments.
- Ensure consolidation processes are GAAP-compliant, well-documented, and embedded within SOX-lite or SOX 404 control frameworks.
- Lead ERP transformation initiatives, including system integrations, data migrations, and chart of accounts harmonization between Oracle Fusion and NetSuite.
- Partner with IT, Accounting, FP&A, and regional finance teams to design scalable workflows, enhance reporting capabilities, and drive automation.
- Integrate newly acquired entities into the ERP and consolidation framework, ensuring consistency in processes, controls, and data integrity.
- Train and mentor global finance teams on ERP systems, consolidation processes, and best practices.
- Identify and implement process improvements to accelerate the close, improve accuracy, and enhance visibility for leadership and investors.
What You Bring
- 8–12 years of progressive accounting, finance, or systems experience, with significant responsibility for global, multi-entity, multi-currency consolidations.
- Strong technical knowledge of U.S. GAAP and consolidation principles.
- Proven, hands-on experience with both Oracle Fusion and NetSuite, including ERP implementations, upgrades, and integrations.
- CPA preferred; Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
- Experience in private equity-backed, high-growth SaaS, technology, or healthcare companies strongly preferred.
- Strong project management skills and ability to lead cross-functional transformation initiatives.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Nice To Haves
- CPA, Chartered Accountant, or equivalent professional certification.
- Experience leading or supporting an IPO readiness process or SOX implementation.
- Prior involvement in a large-scale ERP implementation (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle Cloud, Workday Financials) across multiple geographies.
- Strong technical accounting background in consolidation, foreign currency translation, intercompany eliminations, and complex corporate structures.
- Familiarity with consolidation and close management tools (e.g., OneStream, Hyperion, FloQast, BlackLine).
- Background in process re-engineering or finance transformation initiatives.
- Experience working in a multi-entity, multi-currency, global environment.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams (Finance, IT, Operations) through systems and process change.

Compensation
$160k to $175k base + equity
