Smartling is seeking a talented, motivated and tech-savvy Solution Consultant (Sales Engineer). This person would work as part of the Sales team to surpass our revenue goals by driving the successful adoption of Smartling solutions while building great customer relationships. In addition, the Solution Consultant would contribute to tools and process improvements, as well as play a key role in account management and overall customer satisfaction and growth.

You Will

  • Support Enterprise and Mid-Market Sales representatives to meet revenue goals
  • Create custom demonstrations based on customer needs
  • Demonstrate Smartling solutions
  • Manage pilot implementations with proven project management skills
  • Work with internal resources to solve customer issues
  • Build and sustain great customer relationships
  • Work with clients to identify businesses beyond the initial pilot phase
  • Provide customer support as needed
  • Develop new tools and process improvements
  • Contribute new feature requests and be a conduit for customer feedback

You Have

  • 3+ years of technical sales within a SaaS or internet technology company
  • Comfortable with website technology, such as HTML/CSS, XML, JavaScript, etc
  • Proficient with CMS systems and website creation
  • Experience with databases and restful API integrations
  • Relevant work with SaaS/Hosted Solutions strongly preferred
  • Experience with mobile application development is a plus
  • Practiced Solution Selling or equivalent
