Smartling is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist for a remote, work-from-home position,  based in the ET or CT zones. This is a great opportunity for a proactive, results-driven professional who is excited to add talent to a fast-moving tech company. You should be comfortable creating custom outreach and working alongside hiring managers, ensuring an outstanding candidate experience.

You Will

  • Be the champion of candidate experience, positively promote and grow Smartling’s employer brand
  • Pipeline management: closely monitor all stages of the candidate life-cycle and proactively identify areas of opportunity
  • Candidate management: screen candidate applications and make assessment calls, conduct feedback conversations, and handle general candidate communication with a focus on top-tier candidate experience
  • Inbound talent attraction: manage recruiting platforms to attract and engage unique talent
  • Data: maintain applicant tracking data, ensure proper feedback is received from the recruiting team
  • Proactive pipeline development and sourcing: execute on tactical research, referrals, sourcing, and other talent attraction efforts to find and engage active and passive candidates
  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers throughout the recruiting process to ensure we meet the hiring goals

You Have

  • 1+ yrs recruiting experience in a tech company
  • Strong communication and expectation-setting skills
  • A proven ability to establish relationships with people at all levels within companies, manage expectations, and thrive on cultivating those relationships over time
  • A self-starter mentality, comfortable with shifting priorities and handling ambiguity
  • Outstanding organizational skills and drive to improve efficiency
  • Strong analytical skills
  • A sense of urgency, persistence, creativity, and resourcefulness
  • A home office setup conducive to working remotely, and the ability to work effectively as a remote team member

The US pay range for this full-time role is $55,000 - $72,000 per year. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including geographic location as well as candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed. We are currently looking for candidates based in the Eastern or Central Time zones only.
