FP&A Manager

We are seeking an FP&A Manager to partner closely with Finance, Marketing, Sales Operations, and Product teams to drive data-backed decision-making across customer acquisition and growth. This role is responsible for architecting scalable reporting and dashboards that clearly attribute marketing investment to pipeline creation, customer acquisition, and ARR. The ideal candidate is not just a financial analyst, but a systems thinker—someone who can design clean data models in Looker or similar BI platforms, translate funnel metrics into financial outcomes, and present insights in a way that executives trust and base their operational and financial decisions.

You Will

  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning with a strong GTM lens
  • Own acquisition-related financial models (CAC, cohort analysis, channel mix)
  • Prepare analyses for Executive leadership (board materials, investor diligence)
  • Continuously improve forecasting accuracy by incorporating funnel dynamics
  • Build and maintain Looker models (LookML) or equivalent semantic layers in other BI tools
  • Translate raw data into finance-grade metrics suitable for board and investor reporting
  • Design and own executive dashboards monitoring that should be self-service and have early-warning indicators
  • Architect and maintain multi-touch attribution models to evaluate marketing ROI across channels
  • Partner with Marketing and Sales Ops to define source of truth for leads, opportunities, and customers, as well as reconcile marketing performance metrics with financial outcomes

You Have

  • 6+ years of experience in FP&A, Strategic Finance, or Analytics at a SaaS or subscription-based company
  • Demonstrated experience building reports and dashboards in Looker (or similar BI platforms such as Tableau, Power BI)
  • Strong understanding of SaaS GTM metrics (CAC, LTV, payback, Pipeline coverage, Conversion rates and velocity, Quota attainment and sales performance by AE and BDR 
  • Hands-on experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), Marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Apollo)
  • Ability to translate complex analytics into clear executive narratives
  • Experience designing or implementing multi-touch attribution models
  • Experience supporting PE-backed or high-growth SaaS companies
  • Familiarity with board-level reporting and QoE-style analysis
  • Exposure to data modeling or SQL (not required to be a data engineer)

The US national total pay range for this role is $120,000 - $140,000. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including geographic location as well as candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed.
