Programmatic Manager
We are seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Programmatic Manager to lead planning, trafficking, and execution of programmatic media campaigns within DSPs. This role will focus on delivering performance-driven campaigns that align with our customers' full-funnel media strategy.
As a Programmatic Manager at Smartly, you will...
- Own end-to-end campaign management within DSP platforms (e.g., DV360, The Trade Desk), including setup, optimization, and performance analysis
- Collaborate with the Cross-Channel Planner by providing input and insights that support cohesive and efficient media planning across paid social and programmatic
- Translate media strategy into actionable programmatic buys that support broader channel goals
- Monitor pacing, budget, and delivery to ensure flawless execution and KPI achievement
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaign readiness and accuracy
- Stay up to date on programmatic trends, ad tech partners, and inventory opportunities
We're definitely looking for you, if you...
- Have 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in DSP platforms such as DV360, TTD, or Amazon DSP
- Have a strong understanding of programmatic buying and strategy, including bidding, audience targeting, and inventory types
- Are experienced in campaign troubleshooting and optimization best practices
- Have high attention to detail and comfort managing large-scale budgets
- Have strong communication and reporting skills
