Technical Account Manager
As a Technical Account Manager for Onboarding Customers at Smartly, you will…
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact during client onboarding
- Support clients in integrating the Smartly platform with ad accounts
- Review campaign setups and provide strategic recommendations to ensure optimal configuration and performance
- Be the overall resource management. Manage end-to-end campaign delivery process:
- Do daily engagement and collaboration with internal teams
- Create report and provide insights for campaigns
- Complete activities according to best practice and standard operating procedures
- Self-management of time and tasks, prioritising activities to meet deadlines
- Own campaign delivery communication between production, account managers, and clients from briefing, production, QA, to campaign launch and reporting/optimization
- Confirm and manage timelines and TAT, flag to account managers if timelines are not achievable
- QA and ensure overall quality of creative: storyboards; mocks; final creatives.
- Build campaign structures e.g. decision tree. Ensure alignment of media and creative
- Facilitate product set up
- Ensure creative strategies discussed are deliverable and are delivered as efficiently as possible
- Utilise industry and platform knowledge to contribute to idea generation
- Consistently optimize campaigns according to reporting insights

- Have flawless written and verbal communication skills
- Have at least 5 years Project management experience
- Digital advertising experience is preferred
- Are able to negotiate and able to deliver difficult news to clients and all other stakeholders
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills
- Able to coordinate with a team of developers and assign and prioritize tasks
- Great attention to detail
- Highly organized and a self starter
- Multitask and meet critical deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Good team player and must come with a positive working attitude
