The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented, high-energy Finance Analyst to join our FP&A team. This role is perfect for a numerical professional with 2-3 years of experience who wants to transition into the fast-paced world of AdTech and SaaS.
You will be responsible for the "source of truth"—ensuring our financial data is accurate, our reports are automated, and our insights are actionable. You will specifically support our regional partnerships (including key accounts like Shopee) and help standardise how we measure success globally.
Key Responsibilities

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports, forecasts, budgets, and variance analysis to track performance against goals.

Own FP&A Reporting Tool (Pigment): Act as the primary owner of Pigment, ensuring it remains the "main source of truth." You will manage the accuracy, development, and scaling of reporting within the platform.

Automation: Lead the automation of recurring reporting processes using advanced Excel functions (pivot tables, complex lookup formulas, macros, etc.) to increase team efficiency.

Data Synthesis: Consolidate inputs from multiple global sources using cloud-based tools (Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel Online, etc.) to ensure a single version of the truth.

Trend Analysis: Analyse financial data to identify emerging trends, potential risks, and growth opportunities.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to gather inputs and align on key assumptions for the planning cycle.

Quality Control: Ensure the absolute accuracy and timeliness of all reports and data shared with stakeholders, maintaining a high bar for data integrity.

Governance: Assist in maintaining meticulous documentation and audit trails for all financial models and templates to ensure business continuity and transparency.

Educational Background: Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience: Have 1–2 years of professional experience, ideally within a technology company.

Excel & Sheets Expert: You are an advanced Excel user (vlookups, pivots, complex formulas) and can build "board-ready" presentations in PowerPoint.

Analytical Mindset: You possess a strong numerical aptitude and a problem-solving aptitude—you don't just see a broken formula; you see an opportunity to build a better process.

Emerging Leader: You demonstrate strong leadership potential and the ability to take ownership of projects with minimal supervision.

Communicator: You have excellent English communication skills and are confident in presenting findings to management.

Technical Bonus: Proficiency in SQL & Pigment is not required but is a significant advantage and will be part of your growth path here.

Automation: You have successfully automated at least three major manual reporting workstreams.

Data Trust: The Shopee account team relies entirely on your reports for their monthly business reviews.

Standardisation: You have contributed to a "Global Data Dictionary" that standardises KPIs across the Manila and NYC/London offices.
