Head of Production, EMEA & APAC

We’re looking for an experienced and hands-on Head of Production, EMEA & APAC to lead creative production across Europe, MENA, and APAC. This role oversees how work is planned, staffed, and delivered for large-scale creative projects, and works closely with global creative leadership to maintain consistent standards and processes. Strong experience working directly with clients is required.

This person will directly manage members of the SparkWorks Creative team, while collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Technical teams.

As a Head of Production at Smartly you will...

  • Own end-to-end creative production delivery across EMEA and APAC, ensuring consistent quality and operational excellence.
  • Lead regional planning, resourcing, and execution for large-scale, performance-driven creative campaigns.
  • Work directly with clients, including senior stakeholders, to set expectations, manage delivery, and build trusted partnerships.
  • Act as the regional point of accountability for timelines, scope, budgets, and delivery outcomes.
  • Lead, develop, and directly manage members of the SparkWorks Creative production team.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Technical teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.
  • Own and evolve regional production processes, tooling adoption, and delivery models in alignment with global standards.
  • Identify delivery risks and operational inefficiencies, and drive scalable improvements across teams and workflows.

We're definitely looking for you, if you...

  • Have 8+ years of experience in creative production, operations, or delivery leadership.
  • Are a proven leader of multi-market teams, with strong experience in people leadership and development.
  • Are proactive and highly organized, with a background in high-volume creative production; brings structure to projects and creates clear, actionable plans.
  • Are comfortable working directly with clients and senior stakeholders.
  • Have a strong commercial understanding of scoping, pricing, and delivery models.
  • Are systems-oriented, with a focus on scalability, efficiency, and process improvement.
  • Ability and willingness to work from our office three days a week
