SmartRent is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to drive our growth across multiple business verticals. In this full-cycle recruiting role, you’ll develop strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers while owning the entire hiring process — from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
What You’ll Do:

Own and execute the full recruitment process from sourcing to offer acceptance, ensuring a seamless candidate and hiring manager experience.

Proactively identify opportunities to improve our hiring processes, workflows, and tools to enhance efficiency and scalability.

Leverage data to drive insights, identify trends, and inform decision-making for stakeholders.

Source candidates through multiple channels including job boards, social media, referrals, and direct outreach.

Build and maintain strong partnerships with hiring managers and department leaders to understand hiring needs and deliver high-quality talent.

Maintain accurate and compliant documentation throughout the hiring process.

Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders by providing market data, interview guidance, and hiring best practices.

Jump in on other projects or duties as needed — we're a collaborative team, and things evolve quickly here!
What You’ll Bring:
-
3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (in-house, agency, or both).

A passion for creating an exceptional hiring experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Strong sourcing skills, including proficiency with Boolean search and tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.

Experience using data to inform strategy and drive results.

Proven ability to influence and partner effectively with hiring managers and business leaders.

Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); experience with Greenhouse is a plus.

Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).

Resourceful, solution-oriented mindset with strong critical thinking skills.
Nice to Have:

Experience working with Greenhouse ATS.

Background in both agency and corporate recruiting environments.
