Recruiting Coordinator - India & EMEA (Fixed-Term Contract)

We’re looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to join our EMEA team as a full-time (37.5 hours per week) employee for a period of 9 months. You will play an essential part in the creation, administration, and execution of interviews for our India and EMEA regions whilst simultaneously elevating our standards of excellent candidate care and customer service.

You will report to the Sr. Manager, Recruiting based in Scotland, and can work from our London office or remotely within the UK.

You Will:

  • Schedule onsite and remote interviews, demos/presentations, and executive meetings across multiple time zones (India, UK, Germany, Bulgaria, and US), and confirm the details and logistics directly with the candidates.
  • Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, interviewers, executive admins, and the IT/office team to provide a seamless interviewing experience for all involved.
  • Be available to assist with virtual interviews and troubleshoot technical/video conferencing issues that may arise across multiple time zones.
  • Support the Talent Acquisition leaders with reporting, recruiting events, and administrative tasks.
  • Provide ad hoc support to recruiters.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Tools You'll Use:

  • Google Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Meet, Chat, etc.)
  • Greenhouse (ATS)
  • Smartsheet
  • Gem
  • Slack
  • Zoom
  • Others as needed

You Have:

  • 2+ years of experience in a high-volume customer-facing role
  • 1+ years of experience with scheduling onsite and remote interviews in multiple time zones 
  • Proficient, professional experience using G-suite products and Zoom
  • Experience using an ATS (applicant tracking system)
  • Great prioritisation and organisational skills
  • Legally eligible to work in the UK on an ongoing basis
