We are looking for a results-driven Talent Management Partner to drive the execution of our performance management programs. This role will contribute to driving our high-performance culture by reimagining and executing our performance management strategy. You’ll be the primary project manager, working independently to eliminate unnecessary complexity and deliver a seamless, impactful experience.
You will report to the Sr. Manager, Talent Development. This is a remote eligible position and you may work remotely from anywhere in the US where Smartsheet is registered.
You Will:
- Lead the end-to-end project management of our talent management programs, inclusive of performance, promotion, and high potential programs, ensuring timely delivery to established timelines and objectives, while proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
- Provide actionable recommendations on performance management best practices, ensuring alignment with business needs in partnership with People leadership and relevant project teams.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training and communication plans to support the launch and adoption of performance management initiatives, ensuring clear understanding and buy-in across the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Internal Communications, People Operations, and IT, to implement and optimize performance management processes within Workday.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of performance management programs by leveraging reporting, research, and analysis to evaluate the impacts of talent management solutions.
You Have:
- 3+ years of experience in Talent Management, with a focus on performance management and project execution for a dynamic, global workforce spanning multiple time zones and diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Proven ability to independently manage and deliver complex HR projects, demonstrating strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Solid understanding of modern performance management methodologies and best practices, with a track record of successfully implementing solutions that led to measurable improvements in performance.
- Proficient Workday skills, essential for optimizing our talent management processes, and demonstrate a strong track record of working collaboratively with People Operations and IT partners to achieve shared objectives.

Smartsheet provides a competitive base salary range for roles that may be hired in different geographic areas we are licensed to operate our business from. Actual compensation is determined by several factors including, but not limited to, level of professional, educational experience, skills, and specific candidate location. In addition, this role will be eligible for a market competitive incentive opportunity.
US Base Salary Pay Range
$92,500 - $126,250 USD
