Customer Marketing Programme Support

London, UK

For over 20 years, Smartsheet has empowered teams to manage work seamlessly and scale solutions smarter. Now, in our most ambitious chapter yet, we are uniting human teams with AI agents. By orchestrating the work agents do best, automating manual tasks and uncovering insights at scale, we create the space for people to focus on what truly matters: judgment, creativity, and big thinking. That is magic at work, and it’s what we show up for every day.

Smartsheet is a tech company with a human story to tell — and behind every customer story, advisory board, user group, and exec touchpoint is a team that needs to ship reliably, on time, and at scale. We're hiring a Customer Marketing Programme Coordinator to be that connective tissue: a horizontal operator who supports the Customer Marketing team with a focus on Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs, all team reporting, and programme logistics.

If a program needs a venue, or a dashboard needs pulling together for QBR — you're the person who makes it happen - your job is to keep the machine running so the rest of the team can focus on landing it.

You'll report into the VP, Customer Marketing. This role is based at Smartsheet’s corporate offices in London, UK (hybrid eligible).

You Will:

  • Provide hands-on operational and logistical support for Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs and key Customer Marketing initiatives
  •  Own and run the Mobilizer program globally, updating messaging to drive adoption of Smartsheet in our key accounts
  •  Work collaboratively with Lifecycle marketing and Customer Success to own, co-ordinate and drive attendance of customer focussed webinars and events
  • Own the logistics for customer-facing programmes — user groups, briefing docs, vendor coordination, and post-event follow-up.
  • Keep the team's tools and trackers clean and current — Salesforce campaigns, customer marketing calendar, Highspot, etc
  • Run the reporting backbone for the team — pull weekly and monthly dashboards, programme engagement, and pipeline influence; spot the trends and flag them.
  • Spot the patterns: where are we running the same workflow ten different ways? Propose process improvements, templates, and lightweight automation that make the whole team faster.

You Have:

  • 5+ years in marketing operations, campaign management, programme coordination, events, or a closely related cross-functional support role — ideally in B2B SaaS.
  • A proven track record juggling multiple programmes and stakeholders without dropping balls — you're the person teammates trust to track the details.
  • Hands-on experience with Marketo (or equivalent), Salesforce, and project management tools (Smartsheet, Asana, or similar). Bonus points for experience with advocate community platforms (Influitive, Slack communities) or reference management tools.
  • Self-starter who can drive projects from concept through completion with minimal guidance, balancing many small tasks across many stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Sharp organisational instincts — you build the calendar, the tracker, the RACI before anyone asks for it.
  • Data-literate and curious: comfortable in spreadsheets and dashboards, and able to turn a pile of campaign and event data into a clear weekly update.
  • A service mindset — you're energised by enabling the rest of the team to do their best work, and you take pride in the programme running smoothly.
  • Ability to work in the UK on an ongoing basis

Why this role matters

Customer Marketing's impact at Smartsheet is measured in stories shipped, references activated, executives engaged, and pipeline influenced — and none of that happens without someone keeping the operational engine running. This role is the multiplier: every hour you save the team is an hour they can spend with customers, telling the AI story, and driving commercial outcomes. If you love being the person who makes the trains run on time across a fast-moving team, this is the seat. We're revolutionaries — changing the way the world works is all in a day's work. Join us.
