Treasury Analyst

Job Description:
Provide guidance relating to treasury operations, including cash forecasting, investing, foreign exchange and risk management, for global network. Complete daily cash activities, ongoing Know Your Customer (KYC) and ad-hoc bank documentation required for domestic and international bank accounts. Analyze inputs related to the direct cash flow forecast models and provide flux analysis with indirect models. Work strategically with internal stakeholders and relationship banks to develop and implement cash strategies aligned with business goals. Monitor and implement changes in regulatory requirements and ensure compliance with all SOX controls. Prepare and present regular treasury reports related to cash management, investments, foreign exchange, and risk mitigation. Conduct financial analyses and implement process improvements related to treasury operations. Position may include additional duties that utilize the required skills. Telecommuting permitted up to 100% from any Smartsheet registered location in the U.S.
Requirements:
Requires a Master’s or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, and one year of experience in:
- Working with cross functional teams across the business to develop accurate financial projections to improve overall cash flow management and generation of annual budgets, and using Smartsheet to build solutions and create forms, dashboards, and approval requests to improve and maximize team operational efficiency;
- Identifying variations between actual revenue, costs and forecasted schedule of values, enabling improved accuracy on Net Profit annual estimates, and reviewing and analyzing financial reports, developing financial models, and conducting job cost analysis using QuickBooks Accounting Software, as well as performing cash management forecasting using Microsoft Excel;
- Using Intuit QuickBooks Accounting Software and an Oracle Payment Management Platform for accurate recording of financial transactions and developing financial models to assess revenue projections to accurately allocate funds, and reviewing and analyzing supporting financial documents for submission in quarterly and year-end reviews;
- Using Avenu Insights and Analytics for business license renewals and registration management, and utilizing government online tax portals to file monthly local, sales, and use taxes; and
- Communicating with banking partners to maintain strong banking relationships and monitoring company bank accounts for identification of fraud using ACH Positive Pay.

Smartsheet provides a competitive base salary range for roles that may be hired in different geographic areas we are licensed to operate our business from. Actual compensation is determined by several factors including, but not limited to, level of professional, educational experience, skills, and specific candidate location. In addition, this role will be eligible for a market competitive incentive opportunity.
US Pay Range
$91,707 - $107,500 USD
