Sr. Product Manager II

Manage and oversee the delivery of software products from inception to launch, working closely with Smartsheet's design and engineering teams to create compelling, high-quality customer experiences. Define the vision and strategy for Smartsheet's dashboard projects informed by company objectives, customer needs, and industry best practices. Work directly with customers to understand their unique challenges and create and communicate a compelling portfolio of features. Define the product roadmap and craft product requirements. Serve as an expert on product metrics and use them to improve the product features and roadmap. Analyze market trends to inform product recommendations. Utilize an advanced level of knowledge related to computer science, software engineering, mathematics, information systems, and information technology, as well as statistics, data mining, and computer algorithms. Telecommuting permitted up to 100% from any Smartsheet registered location in the U.S.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Master’s or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, plus 2 years of experience in any computer-related occupation.  

Must also have two years of experience in each of the following: collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, customer success and engineering, to build customer-centric support features while developing a deep understanding of customer needs and pain points; utilizing Google Apps Script and JavaScript to automate mission critical processes that help streamline internal communications and eliminate product delivery delay; leveraging Salesforce to optimize the customer support process and reduce customer case submissions through the deployment of self-service tools and streamlined workflows; and using Google Apps Script, JavaScript, Salesforce, and Google Workspace Suite.

Smartsheet provides a competitive base salary range for roles that may be hired in different geographic areas we are licensed to operate our business from. Actual compensation is determined by several factors including, but not limited to, level of professional, educational experience, skills, and specific candidate location. In addition, this role will be eligible for a market competitive incentive opportunity.

US Base Salary Pay Range

$185,037 - $217,500 USD
