Senior Master Data Associate
Position Overview: Senior Master Data Associate
SmartyPants is looking for a motivated, dedicated, and detail-oriented individual to join our fast-growing team at a leading CPG start-up brand in preventative health. As the Master Data Associate Manager, you’ll be the mastermind behind keeping our supply chain master data clean, compliant, and flowing seamlessly across systems. You’ve worked with ERP systems (Nav, D365—you name it), love the thrill of solving data puzzles, and thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. What You’ll Do:
- Maintain and lead data stewardship initiatives to uphold governance standards and compliance.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve data quality issues and enforce master data rules.
- Facilitate alignment on master data requirements and change control procedure.
- Manage and update documentation for master data procedures, forms, and workflows.
- Oversee setup and maintenance of master data across Product, Customer, and Vendor domains; ensure rules are followed.
- Verify all master data requests are properly authorized and follow defined change control protocols.
- Govern data quality control and improvement initiatives in alignment with audit and compliance standards.
- Collaborate with ERP support teams to design and implement new or revised master data structures and processes.
- Other job-related duties as requested
What You Have:
- 2-5+ years of experience working in supply chain, ideally within the CPG industry, with a top tier ERP system (e.g. SAP, Oracle, D365) or direct Microsoft Navision or D365 experience
- Prior experience with supply chain master data, supply planning, or finance is preferred
- Demonstrated knowledge of supply chain principles and best practices
- Ability to work independently and cooperatively
- Exceptionally high level of attention to detail - you love it when things match and line up!
- Strong data analysis and critical thinking skills
- Prior experience leading process change and/or systems implementation strongly preferred
- Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, fast paced environment

The base salary range range for this position is $84,600-$103,500.00 based off experience and location.
