Overview
The Associate Project Manager, B+C Marketing is responsible for the workflow of BELLA+CANVAS marketing projects from inception to completion that support broader business priorities. Working closely with members of the marketing department—including commercial, integrated, digital, creative, and events—as well as cross-functional stakeholders and external partners, this role translates ad hoc business needs into actionable marketing projects by gathering requirements, researching and evaluating solutions, developing recommendations, coordinating resources, and driving execution through completion.
The focus and cadence of the role's projects will shift throughout the year based on the marketing calendar, with certain seasonal periods requiring concentrated production and on-site support alongside the role's primary project ownership.
Responsibilities
- Assist in coordinating and managing assigned BELLA+CANVAS marketing projects from planning through execution, ensuring successful delivery by balancing project objectives, timelines, budgets, stakeholder needs, and execution quality.
- Gather and synthesize requirements from Sales, Marketing, and other cross-functional stakeholders, determining when additional input is needed to move projects forward.
- Develop comprehensive project proposals—including recommended approach, vendor selection, timelines, and costs—for leadership review at appropriate project milestones.
- Own vendor relationships for assigned projects, serving as the primary point of contact throughout the engagement, managing project communications, resolving day-to-day issues, and ensuring deliverables meet project objectives and quality expectations.
- During seasonal periods (major productions, launches, and events), provide hands-on preparation and on-site logistics—including packing, sample tracking, dressing racks, and organizing production materials—alongside ongoing owned projects.
- Provide production support during creative shoots and events, including preparation of casting boards, shot lists, production decks, samples, apparel, and event materials.
- Assist with social media community management by monitoring channels, identifying brand-relevant conversations, and recommending opportunities for engagement through creator marketing initiatives (e.g., product seeding and UGC partnerships).
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Experience supporting projects, events, communications, or creative production within a fashion, apparel, retail, lifestyle, or consumer brand environment. is preferred
- Experience with event production, influencer gifting, sample management, vendor coordination, sourcing, shipping, or procurement is preferred
- Experience supporting social media community management or influencer marketing programs is preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to coordinate multiple assignments and consistently follow through on commitments.
- Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable learning new processes, tools, and areas of the business.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to capture discussions and document decisions and action items clearly.
- Ability to prioritize effectively, adapt to evolving needs, and work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners.
- Willingness and ability to provide hands-on support, including preparing, packing, lifting, carrying, and organizing apparel, samples, production materials, and event supplies.
- Ability to occasionally support productions, events, or other business needs outside of standard working hours.
- Familiarity with project management and collaboration platforms such as Asana, Slack, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, or similar tools.
- Strong visual sensibility and an interest in fashion, branding, social media, and culture.
- Basic familiarity with Canva, Figma, or other creative collaboration tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Familiarity with major social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
WHAT’S our offer?
Salary Range: You`ll earn between $71,111 - $84,000 annually, depending on experience.
Bonus: You`ll be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus up to 10% of base salary.
Paid Time Off: You`ll accrue paid time off on a bi-weekly basis based on hours worked up to 112 hours per year to start. Employees also receive 8 paid holidays and 1 paid family day off.

What Should You Expect?
B+C Office: Bella+Canvas' office is located in Montebello, CA in the Los Angeles metropolitan area. This role is onsite Monday through Friday, and our standard working hours are 9:00-6:00 PST. Periodic travel may be required. The employee is regularly required to sit for extended periods while working on a computer and participating in virtual and in-person meetings. Frequent use of hands for keyboarding and standard office equipment is required. Occasional standing, walking, and reaching may be needed to attend meetings or collaborate in an office setting. The role requires the ability to perform close visual work on a computer for extended periods. The employee may occasionally lift and/or move up to 10–15 pounds.
