About the Role

As Junior Brand Manager, you will support the Brand Manager in delivering an exceptional in-store brand presence and growing the Sandro + Maje business inside Holt Renfrew.

You will not manage a sales team but will work in partnership with Holt Renfrew’s Stylists—serving as a hands-on brand expert, product knowledge trainer, and client experience contributor. This role is ideal for someone looking to step into brand leadership in a luxury environment.

Your Key Responsibilities

Brand & Stylist Support

  • Provide daily on-floor presence and support to Holt Renfrew Stylists to help promote Sandro + Maje products
  • Assist with co-selling, styling advice, and client appointments
  • Reinforce product knowledge through informal coaching and seasonal training

Client Experience

  • Deliver elevated service during VIP visits and key selling periods
  • Support styling appointments alongside Holt Stylists
  • Help identify top opportunities to grow the Sandro + Maje client base within the Holt environment

Store Execution

  • Support execution of all visual merchandising updates and store presentation standards
  • Collaborate with the Brand Manager on boutique-level business priorities and goals
  • Assist with inventory flow, shipment processing, and back-of-house organization alongside the Operations Associate

Team Collaboration

  • Serve as a mentor to the Operations Associate
  • Maintain strong communication with SMCP HQ partners and brand leadership
  • Step into leadership responsibilities in the absence of the Brand Manager

What You Bring

  • 1–2 years of experience in premium or luxury retail or brand support role
  • Passion for styling, fashion, and delivering exceptional customer service
  • High energy, enthusiastic, collaborative personality
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Organized and hands-on with a willingness to step into all aspects of the business
  • Bilingual (English/French) preferred for Montreal
