 As a Sales Supervisor, you’ll play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional client experience while leading and inspiring your team to achieve excellence. You’ll build strong, lasting relationships with clients, setting the standard for personalized, authentic service. Your passion for fashion and customer care will be evident as you assist with styling clients and guiding them through a seamless, memorable shopping experience. 

In this role, you’ll help reinforce our branded customer service experience and lead your team in executing key sales and service initiatives. You’ll educate customers about our products, assist them in finding the perfect selections, and ensure each interaction leaves them with an exceptional experience that encourages loyalty. 

Beyond driving sales and customer satisfaction, you’ll take on a leadership role in the store, mentoring and coaching sales associates to foster a positive, motivating work environment. By supporting operational efficiency and modeling behaviors that build lasting client relationships, you’ll help your team grow professionally while exceeding performance expectations. 

 What You’ll Do: 

Leadership & Team Development 

  • Support the sales team by leading with passion and setting high standards for clienteling and exceptional customer service. 
  • Coach and mentor sales associates to enhance their selling skills, product knowledge, and customer engagement techniques. 
  • Act as a go-to leader in the absence of store management, ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations. 

Client Relationships & Customer Experience 

  • Assist in building strong, lasting client relationships, fostering customer loyalty and encouraging repeat business. 
  • Ensure the team consistently delivers personalized service while maintaining brand standards in selling techniques, styling expertise, and overall client engagement. 

Sales Performance & Goals 

  • Help drive store performance by supporting sales initiatives and motivating the team to meet and exceed sales goals and key performance indicators (KPIs). 
  • Provide feedback and guidance to ensure individual and team sales targets are achieved. 

Operational Support & Store Efficiency 

  • Support back-of-house operations and day-to-day processes to ensure the store runs efficiently and effectively. 
  • Assist with inventory management, stock organization, and other operational tasks to enhance the overall store experience. 

 Who You Are: 

  • 1+ years of prior service experience, preferably in a retail environment. 
  • Some prior supervisory experience in a retail setting. 
  • Passionate about customer service and fashion, with an eye for Parisian chic and luxury retail. 
  • Friendly, outgoing, and a natural communicator who thrives in a team environment. 
  • A problem solver who is adaptable, organized, and detail-oriented. 
  • A social media presence (preferred but not required). 
  • Flexible with scheduling and adaptable to the needs of the business. 
  • Interested in a career path in retail management. 
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, is required.
