We're looking for a passionate and driven New Home Sales Specialist to be the face of our community and guide homebuyers through one of life's most meaningful milestones. In this role, you'll help families discover the right home, understand their options, and confidently navigate the homebuying journey, all while representing a company built on integrity, exceptional customer experiences, and delivering more value for every homeowner.

What You'll Do
- Welcome prospective homebuyers and provide an outstanding model home experience.
- Build relationships with customers and guide them through the home-buying journey.
- Present home designs, community amenities, floorplans, pricing, and financing options.
- Generate and follow up on leads through phone, email, social media, and community outreach.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and consistently achieve sales goals.
- Collaborate with construction, mortgage, and closing teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Utilize CRM tools to track customer interactions and manage sales activities.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and local real estate conditions.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 3 years proven success in sales, customer service, real estate, retail, hospitality, or a related field.
- Experience in new home sales a plus.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a competitive drive and a passion for helping customers.
- Ability to manage multiple prospects and priorities simultaneously.
- Professional, positive, and customer-focused attitude.
- Weekend availability is required.
- Active Real Estate License or willingness to obtain one as required by state regulations.
