Job Summary:

As a Senior Product Manager - Analytics and Insights, you will own and lead the analytics strategy for the SmithRx Technology Product Leadership. In this role, you will work cross-functionally to guide products from conception to launch by connecting the PM and Analytics worlds. Your primary responsibility will be to leverage data to evaluate ROI, prioritize initiatives, and map impacts to company OKRs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data-driven decision-making and contribute to the strategic growth of the company.  At times you will be the lead Product Manager driving initiatives that give us deeper insights or higher integrity data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive analytics strategy to support the evaluation of product performance and ROI.
  • Work with PMs to define key metrics and KPIs to measure the success and impact of initiatives.
  • Ensure the availability, accuracy, and accessibility of data for stakeholders.
  • Utilize data analytics tools to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Validate data-informed prioritization of product features, enhancements, and new initiatives.
  • Map product and project impacts to company OKRs, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  • Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support teams to integrate analytics into product development and go-to-market strategies.
  • Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams to ensure clear communication and understanding of analytics insights.
  • Help evaluate a number of ideas to solve for a business outcome.  Your stakeholder is the Product Management team, you support the team by being the SME on all of the analytics that we should be using to inform decisions on how to impact the customer experience and build for optimizing our technology. 
  • Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate insights effectively.
  • Ensure that data and insights are easily understandable and actionable for all team members.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on analytics and insights.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Looker, Heap).
  • Experience with OKRs and a solid understanding of how to map and track impacts.
  • Proven track record of driving data-informed decision-making in a product management role.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to diverse audiences.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  • Experience in healthcare technology or a related field is a plus.
