Job Summary:
The Product and Engineering team at SmithRx is developing the next-generation modern pharmacy benefits management (PBM) platform. As the Group Product Manager for Drug Pathways, you will be the strategic product leader responsible for defining and executing the product vision across our Drug Pathways and Member & Partner Experience domains. This role involves managing, mentoring, and guiding a team of Sr Product Managers to deliver innovative and intuitive products that meet our business and drug cost savings objectives, while supporting a best-in-class member, partner, and customer experiences.
What you will do:
- Define and lead the overall Product vision, strategy and execution for the Drug Pathways, Member and Partner Experience domains.
- Manage, mentor, and coach a team of Sr Product Managers, fostering product management excellence, high accountability, and strong collaboration across the organization.
- Oversee and ensure the execution of the full product lifecycle, working cross-functionally to guide your products from discovery to execution, supporting our mission to drive down drug costs through best-in-class Partner and Member experiences.
- Support your teams PRD / UX design development through collaboration with internal teams and stakeholders.
- Define, collect, and track the appropriate user, product, and business metrics, both quantitative and qualitative, across the entire Drug Pathways portfolio.
What you will bring to SmithRx:
- 10+ years of progressive Product Management experience, with a significant focus on data-centric, platform, or AI-driven products.
- 3+ years of experience managing, mentoring, and leading Product Managers or a similar cross-functional team.
- Experience in health-tech and/or pharmacy benefits environments strongly preferred.
- Proven success launching customer facing products and services with measurable outcomes.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional collaboration across engineering, operations, and UX design to deliver high-impact solutions.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills—able to clearly translate between business and technical audiences.
- Thrives in fast-paced, high-accountability environments with a strong sense of ownership.
- Strong analytical skills, leveraging user analytics and testing tools across complex systems and workflows.
