Job Summary:
SmithRx is looking for an Integration Manager to join the company’s Customer Success team to support all core Integration functions ensuring the high quality of the SmithRx product. As an Integration Manager you have end-to-end accountability for the overall integration project. The role requires someone who can drive project teams to specific milestones, while effectively collaborating with key internal and external stakeholders to deliver high quality and predictable outcomes.
What you will do:
- Be the primary project contact during the integration process with external vendors and internal partners
- Lead integration meetings with vendors
- Identify the integration project requirements
- Ensure all requirements are documented in the standard project template
- Create and maintain a detailed project plan and open items log for project monitoring purposes
- Monitor and communicate integration project progress via client meetings and/or correspondence
- Engage and execute a testing plan to ensure the requirements were developed and working as designed
- Coordinate and collaborate across functional teams, and with the client to ensure items are completed timely, ensuring readiness for go-live
- Provide go-live support by assisting with escalated client issues, member issues, project issues, etc.
- Act as a mentor for colleagues throughout the integration process and solve for opportunities identified through trend analysis and process improvemen
What you will bring to SmithRx:
- 5-8 years of project management experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
- Healthcare and/or pharmacy experience strongly preferred
- In-depth understanding of Healthcare Industry players (PBMs, EHRs, TPAs, Aggregators, Pharmacies)
- General understanding of EDI, file management and pharmacy claims adjudication
- Salesforce experience required
- Microsoft Office proficiency required
- Strong communication skills via face-to-face meetings, conference calls and written correspondence required
- Self-starter mentality: ability to make informed decisions, find creative approaches to difficult challenges, and deliver on commitments
