Job Summary:

This role serves as a critical bridge between Sales, Marketing, and Leadership. This role combines executive support for the CSO with tactical Business Development (BDR) outreach and Sales Operations. This position ensures that the Enterprise and SVP of SMB sales stays organized, Salesforce data remains pristine, and high-value prospects are moved through the funnel following major events.

What you will do:

Sales Operations & Deal Tracking

  • Pipeline Management: Manage and update weekly debrief forms within Google Drive and Salesforce to ensure deal transparency. Performed on Mondays
  • Accountability: Act as a project manager for the VP-level leadership, ensuring accounts are updated and deal milestones are met. NOTES IN SALESFORCE! 
  • CRM Integrity: Support the build-out and maintenance of Salesforce reporting for Enterprise prospects, accounts, and opportunities. Tracking towards 200 engaged prospects. 

Strategic Support (CSO & VP Level)

  • Executive Coordination: Manage the CSO’s calendar, travel logistics, and scheduling for sales team events.
  • Meeting Excellence: Attend capabilities calls to document notes, identify key contacts, and manage post-meeting data entry.
  • Sales Enablement: Prepare sales decks, presentations, and manage "swag" inventory for meetings and events.
  • Expanse Reports: Submitting expense reports for SVP’s and CSO. 

Business Development (BDR) & Lead Generation

  • Outreach & Conversion: Conduct targeted outreach to secure introductory calls and follow-up meetings for the VP of Enterprise Sales.
  • Prospect Engagement: Drive efforts to meet the team OKR of 200 Engaged Prospects.
  • Community Partnership: Collaborate with the Community team to map HR organizations using LucidChart and identify key HR leaders of interest.
  • Prepared the sales team for Enterprise meetings with Employer contact research and background 
  • Continued Outreach Following Events: Sends out emails to attendees to book meetings with sales VPs as well as send out gifts via sendoso

Events & Field Marketing

  • On-Site Logistics: Attend Enterprise team events to provide setup, registration, and logistical support.
  • Lead Capture: Responsible for harvesting contact information from conference attendees and ensuring all data is uploaded into Salesforce.
  • Post-Event Follow-up: Execute immediate outreach to direct employer contacts post-event to maintain momentum.
  • Catering Lunch & Learns: Organizing the catering for upcoming sales events. Coordinating between the onsite sales rep, the hosting office manager, and restaurant. 

Cross-Functional SmithRx Support

  • Marketing: Assist with swag procurement and the preparation of physical meeting materials.
  • Logistics: Provide travel and logistics support across the Events, Sales, and Community teams to ensure seamless execution of off-site initiatives.

What you will bring to SmithRx:

  • Experience: 1-4 years of professional experience in Sales Operations, Sales Enablement, or a Senior BDR role; experience in the PBM, health care, or SaaS industries is a major plus.
  • Education: Bachelors Degree in a relevant area of expertise or equivalent experience highly preferred
  • CRM Proficiency: Strong proficiency in Salesforce is required, specifically in managing data integrity and reporting.
  • Executive Polish: Prior experience supporting Director to C-suite level executives with calendar management and travel logistics.
  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to articulate complex value propositions to HR leaders and brokers.
  • Organization: A "self-starter" mentality with the ability to manage several tasks and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical Tools: Proficiency with Google Workspace (Sheets/Drive), Microsoft Office, and visual mapping tools like LucidChart. Familiarity with Sendoso or Outreach is preferred.

Mindset: A growth-oriented, proactive individual who takes ownership of both high-level strategy and tactical administrative details.
