About Us

Sylvester's Maintenance & Mechanical is a fast-growing building maintenance company serving commercial customers throughout the Denver Metro and I-25 corridor. With over 10 years in the facility maintenance industry, we've grown from a company of one to a team of 40+ service technicians, office support staff, and sales representatives.

Who We're Looking For

We hire across the business, including:

• Commercial door and dock technicians, from apprentice to senior level
• Building and facility maintenance technicians
• Installers and project crews
• Dispatch, service coordination, and office support
• Sales and account management

Experience in the trades is a plus but not always required. We also look for mechanical aptitude, a strong work ethic, and people who take pride in doing the job right.
