About the Role:
Snackpass is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic Operations Team. This role involves managing day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring efficient logistics and fulfillment processes across the East Coast, and contributing to an exceptional experience for our restaurant partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of Snackpass’s central warehouse and East Coast logistics.
  • Ensure accurate and timely fulfillment of shipping and logistics service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Assemble hardware, such as kiosks, tablets, and dine-in kits, and install proprietary software on all components.
  • Process and track inbound and outbound inventory with precision.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software product issues in the warehouse and at partner store locations.
  • Perform regular cycle counts and inventory management tasks to maintain stock accuracy.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Hardware, Success, and Sales, to deliver a seamless experience for restaurant partners.

Qualifications:

  • Reside in the Greater NYC Area and able to commute to the Warehouse in Long Island City daily.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing tasks independently.
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience managing teams preferred.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Prior experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite and inventory management software.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • A driver's license in good standing is required

Role Details:

  • Onsite: This position requires onsite work five days a week
  • Classification: Non-exempt

Compensation: $25–$30 per hour
