What You’ll Do: 

  • Grow business and achieve sales targets by developing and executing a sales plan 
  • Be a credible industry expert for AD’s, coaches, group leaders, and administrators 
  • Understand customer objectives and articulate relevant technology and industry trends 
  • Represent Snap! Mobile at events to influence sales opportunities 
  • Build and cultivate customer relationships at schools, districts, and club sports 
  • Manage sales pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts 
  • Maintain accurate customer records within the company's systems, including HubSpot 

What does it take to be successful? 

  • Disciplined, self-motivated, and routinely set and exceed goals 
  • You bring hustle and hunger to hit goals 
  • Comfortable in a quickly changing environment and adapt to reach high-performance 
  • Strong desire to learn in a fast-moving technology company 
  • Thrive on open transparency, communication, and collaboration 
  • 2+ years of sales experience preferred

Compensation & Benefits: 

  • Base Salary + Competitive Commission, OTE potential of $150K in year one  
  • Medical, Dental, and Vision Benefits 
  • 13 paid holidays, and Unlimited PTO 
  • 401K with 4% matching 

 

Compensation: Base + Commission with an average OTE of $75 -150K in year one.
