GTM Engineer

Redwood City, CA (Hybrid); San Francisco, CA (Hybrid); United States (Remote)

About Snorkel

At Snorkel, we believe meaningful AI doesn’t start with the model, it starts with the data.

We’re on a mission to help enterprises transform expert knowledge into specialized AI at scale. The AI landscape has gone through incredible changes between 2015, when Snorkel started as a research project in the Stanford AI Lab, to the generative AI breakthroughs of today. But one thing has remained constant: the data you use to build AI is the key to achieving differentiation, high performance, and production-ready systems. We work with some of the world’s largest organizations to empower scientists, engineers, financial experts, product creators, journalists, and more to build custom AI with their data faster than ever before. Excited to help us redefine how AI is built? Apply to be the newest Snorkeler!

About The Role

Snorkel’s go-to-market teams are a critical engine behind our growth. We’re looking for a GTM Engineer who will sit at the intersection of business systems, data, automation, and AI to design and build workflows that help Sales, Marketing, Delivery, Applied AI, and Revenue Operations move faster and generate more revenue.

You will own the strategy and execution of high-impact automations and AI-enabled workflows across our GTM stack using tools such as Salesforce, Gong, Apollo, Claude, Zapier, Make, n8n, Google Workspace, and other connected business systems. You will also help evaluate and implement new tools, integrations, and lightweight internal applications that improve how we run the business.

This is a hands-on builder role for someone who enjoys solving messy operational problems with scalable systems, smart automation, and pragmatic engineering. Your work will accelerate pipeline generation and outreach, improve process efficiency and system quality, and increase productivity across the full revenue lifecycle.

What You’ll Do

  • Identify high-leverage opportunities for automation, AI, and systems improvement across GTM workflows, including lead routing, account research, deal support, forecasting workflows, delivery handoffs, and post-sale processes.
  • Design, build, and maintain automated workflows and AI-enabled processes using a mix of no-code/low-code tools, Salesforce automation, APIs, and code where appropriate.
  • Build and optimize integrations across Salesforce and connected GTM systems to improve data flow, system reliability, and operational efficiency.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Delivery, Customer Success, Finance, and RevOps leadership to understand business pain points and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
  • Develop internal tools, utilities, and lightweight applications that improve how GTM teams access data, execute workflows, and make decisions.
  • Improve the quality and usability of GTM data by implementing governance, validation, enrichment, and monitoring frameworks across business systems.
  • Evaluate new vendors, platforms, and AI tooling with a clear build vs. buy mindset.
  • Ensure systems and workflows are well documented, tested, reliable, and maintainable.
  • Help define best practices for how Snorkel applies AI within GTM operations, balancing speed, utility, and quality.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to reduce manual work and increase leverage across the organization.

Required Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in GTM Engineering, Business Systems, Revenue Operations, Solutions Engineering, Data Engineering, or similar technical operational roles
  • Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce, including data model, automation, integrations, and system design
  • Experience building workflows and automations using tools such as Zapier, Make, n8n, Claude Code, OpenAI agent builder, Workato, or similar platforms
  • Experience building or deploying AI-enabled workflows, copilots, or agents for business teams
  • Proficiency in Python or JavaScript, with experience building API integrations and lightweight automations
  • Strong understanding of how GTM teams operate across Sales, Marketing, Delivery, and post-sale workflows
  • Experience translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions
  • Strong systems thinking and the ability to balance speed with maintainability
  • Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail

Bonus Points For

  • Familiarity with tools such as Gong, Clay, Snowflake, dbt, or modern enrichment and orchestration platforms
  • Experience in B2B SaaS, AI/ML, or high-growth technology environments
  • Familiarity with services-oriented GTM or delivery workflows

Location: Bay Area strongly preferred, Open to Remote.

Salary Range

$170,000 - $200,000 USD

Race & Ethnicity Definitions

If you believe you belong to any of the categories of protected veterans listed below, please indicate by making the appropriate selection. As a government contractor subject to the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA), we request this information in order to measure the effectiveness of the outreach and positive recruitment efforts we undertake pursuant to VEVRAA. Classification of protected categories is as follows:

A "disabled veteran" is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
