This role is responsible for conceptualizing, driving execution, and producing direct-to-consumer experiences across various digital channels. As a key member of the Ecommerce and Digital Marketing team, you’ll design and deliver consumer-facing marketing assets that fuel digital campaigns (including web, email, and social advertising). You'll collaborate closely with the brand team to assist in content production, seasonal strategies, and provide performance insights to inform future productions. Staying current on digital marketing trends and best practice, especially for advertising and email is essential to ensure our creative outputs drive growth and innovation.

- Location: Portland, OR, Hybrid (2 days onsite)
Essential Duties
- Design and prepare graphic assets for digital channels, focusing on website, email, and social media advertising.
- Develop creative content that builds brand equity and drives results across digital platforms.
- Collaborate with the brand team to produce on-strategy, on-brand assets.
- Work cross-functionally to support product launches and brand campaigns.
- Manage and coordinate with external advertising agency.
- Utilize Asana for project management, including creating briefs, tracking feedback, and managing design deliverables.
- Support asset tagging efforts in content libraries and media file management systems.
- Assist product launch efforts, ensuring optimized product page imagery.
- Develop email templates in Klaviyo optimized for both desktop and mobile.
Requirements
Education/Certifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or relevant experience.
- 4+ years of experience designing digital media for consumer brands (e-commerce, online ads, email campaigns, social media).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative solutions to marketing challenges.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
- Familiarity with emerging social media platforms (Meta, Instagram, Pinterest, Google Display etc) and advertising best practices.
- Experience developing email templates in Klaviyo or similar email marketing platforms (HTML and CSS).
- Experience with video and motion graphics is a plus.
Skills
- Proven ability to apply brand standards and digital guidelines to creative assets.
- Strong understanding of mobile-first design principles and staying current with digital trends.
- Solid knowledge of UX/UI and consumer-centric design.
- Capable of translating a brand's big idea across multiple digital platforms.
- Skilled at influencing production briefs and participating in content capture to ensure channel-specific needs are met.
- Ability to analyze performance data and strategically adapt content to drive improved results in collaboration with internal teams and external agencies.
