Account Director UK/I

Every day, the world gets more digital thanks to tens of millions of developers building the future faster than ever. But with exponential growth comes exponential risk, as outnumbered security teams struggle to secure mountains of code. This is where Snyk (pronounced “sneak”) comes in. Snyk is a developer security platform that makes it easy for development teams to find, prioritize, and fix security vulnerabilities in code, dependencies, containers, and cloud infrastructure — and do it all right from the start. Snyk is on a mission to make the world a more secure place by empowering developers to develop fast and stay secure.

Joining Snyk means embracing our core values: One Team, Care Deeply, Customer Centric, and Forward Thinking. As a member of our team, you’ll have the opportunity to thrive in a dynamic environment where fostering collaboration, leading with empathy, driving business impact, and inspiring trust are at the heart of everything we do.

Our Opportunity

We’re looking for ambitious, high-energy sales executives who thrive on building meaningful relationships with key decision-makers and driving real impact. If you're passionate about cutting-edge technology and want to be part of a team shaping the future of secure software development, this is your chance.

Our sales team is bold, resilient, commercially sharp, and deeply curious. They understand the value of our developer-first security platform and are on a mission to make it part of every modern software development process.

You’ll Spend Your Time:

  • Leading the full sales and success cycle for a mix of prospective and existing enterprise customers focused on Digital Transformation.
  • Building trust with key stakeholders and championing long-term customer success.
  • Partnering with senior leaders in Security and Engineering to position Snyk as a critical part of their tech strategy.
  • Tapping into your market knowledge and network to expand your territory and close impactful deals.

What You’ll Need:

  • At least 5 years of experience owning complex, full-cycle enterprise sales in the UK/I region (Fortune 1000 accounts), in a high-growth environment.
  • A proven track record selling into Cybersecurity, DevOps, or DevSecOps in the enterprise segment.
  • Confidence navigating complex organisations and engaging C-level decision-makers.
  • A history of smashing quotas and leading on deals worth £1M+.
  • A strong team-first mindset: you know that strategic selling means collaborating with cross-functional experts to win big.

We’d be Lucky if You:

  • Are genuinely passionate about cybersecurity and love staying ahead of the curve on industry trends.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and enjoy solving big challenges alongside smart, supportive teammates.
  • Bring positive energy, a sense of humour, and a collaborative spirit — we celebrate wins together and don’t take ourselves too seriously.
  • Enjoy sitting down face-to-face to brainstorm bold ideas and don’t mind a bit of well-timed Slack banter.
  • Believe that great sales is a team sport — and know that building something meaningful takes grit, resilience, and a bit of fun along the way.
