You’ll be the payroll expert for countries including the UK, Germany, France, Romania, and beyond, while helping us level up automation, compliance, and employee experience.

If you’re passionate about payroll, unafraid of spreadsheets, and ready to bring your A-game to a collaborative and forward-thinking team – this could be your next move.

You’ll Spend Your Time:

  • Running monthly payroll for multiple EMEA countries.
  • Ensuring all statutory requirements and labour laws are met.
  • Collaborating with People, Benefits, and Accounting teams.
  • Managing employee queries through Workday tickets within SLAs.
  • Continuously improving processes to increase accuracy and efficiency.
  • Maintaining and auditing data integration between Workday and payroll systems.
  • Supporting audits and special projects across Payroll and Finance.
  • Signing off payroll tasks and validations in FloQast.
  • Owning ad hoc tasks with a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude.

What You’ll Need:

  • 5+ years’ experience in EMEA payroll within a high-growth environment.
  • Solid understanding of regional tax and reporting regulations.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple country payrolls simultaneously.
  • Experience with ADP Celergo and Workday.
  • High level of integrity when handling confidential data.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Clear communicator and team collaborator.

We’d be Lucky if You:

  • Have experience with Globalization Partners or Deel.
  • Love driving process improvements and spotting inefficiencies.
  • Enjoy geeking out over payroll accuracy.
  • Bring humour, positivity, and good vibes to your workday.
  • Thrive in a fast-moving environment and find creative solutions under pressure.
