Customer Acquisition Account Executive - Nordics

London

Every day, the world gets more digital thanks to tens of millions of developers building the future faster than ever. But with exponential growth comes exponential risk, as outnumbered security teams struggle to secure mountains of code. This is where Snyk (pronounced “sneak”) comes in. Snyk is a developer security platform that makes it easy for development teams to find, prioritize, and fix security vulnerabilities in code, dependencies, containers, and cloud infrastructure — and do it all right from the start. Snyk is on a mission to make the world a more secure place by empowering developers to develop fast and stay secure.

Joining Snyk means embracing our core values: One Team, Care Deeply, Customer Centric, and Forward Thinking. As a member of our team, you’ll have the opportunity to thrive in a dynamic environment where fostering collaboration, leading with empathy, driving business impact, and inspiring trust are at the heart of everything we do.

Location: London - Hyrbid

Our Opportunity

We’re growing fast — and we’re looking for high-energy, ambitious sales pros who thrive on building something meaningful. At Snyk, we’re transforming the way modern software is built and secured. If you love the thrill of the hunt, are motivated by impact, and want to help shape the future of developer-first security, this is your moment.

As a Customer Acquisition Account Executive, you’ll focus on generating and closing new business across the Nordics — partnering with engineering and security leaders to introduce Snyk’s platform to forward-thinking organisations. This is a high-visibility outbound role with the tools, team, and momentum to make a real impact.

You’ll Spend Your Time:

  • Owning the full outbound sales motion: sourcing leads, building pipeline, and closing net-new business in the Nordics.
  • Building strong relationships with stakeholders in DevSecOps, Engineering, and Digital Transformation.
  • Leading strategic sales conversations with technical and business audiences.
  • Partnering closely with Sales Engineers and cross-functional teams to deliver value at every step.
  • Feeding insights back into the business to shape our messaging, tools, and processes.

What You’ll Need:

  • 2+ years of full-cycle closing experience in B2B SaaS.
  • A strong track record of outbound pipeline generation and new logo acquisition.
  • Experience selling a technical product — you're confident engaging with developers and technical stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and how modern teams work.
  • A self-starter mindset with a drive to exceed targets and learn quickly.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
  • A collaborative, resilient, and feedback-driven approach to sales.

We’d Be Lucky if You:

  • Have experience selling into the Nordics and understand local buying behaviours.
  • Have worked in developer tools, cybersecurity, or high-growth startups.
  • Bring a strong network and a creative approach to opening doors.
  • Thrive in fast-paced environments, bring positive energy, and celebrate team wins.
  • Bring the right amount of humour to make meetings fun but still productive
