Regional Partner Manager

London

Every day, the world gets more digital thanks to tens of millions of developers building the future faster than ever. But with exponential growth comes exponential risk, as outnumbered security teams struggle to secure mountains of code. This is where Snyk (pronounced “sneak”) comes in. Snyk is a developer security platform that makes it easy for development teams to find, prioritize, and fix security vulnerabilities in code, dependencies, containers, and cloud infrastructure — and do it all right from the start. Snyk is on a mission to make the world a more secure place by empowering developers to develop fast and stay secure.

Joining Snyk means embracing our core values: One Team, Care Deeply, Customer Centric, and Forward Thinking. As a member of our team, you’ll have the opportunity to thrive in a dynamic environment where fostering collaboration, leading with empathy, driving business impact, and inspiring trust are at the heart of everything we do.

Location: London - Hybrid

Our Opportunity

As Snyk continues to scale we’re looking for a Regional Partner Manager to accelerate growth across the UK & Ireland.

In this role, you’ll work with a diverse mix of partners—including resellers, GSIs, cloud providers, and marketplaces—such as Bytes, Softcat, Accenture UK, and AWS.
You’ll drive joint go-to-market success, expand our footprint in the region, and build partnerships that deliver real impact.

This is a strategic territory with huge potential, and a chance to do meaningful work while having a lot of fun along the way.

If you're commercially sharp, technically curious, and love making things happen, this role is for you.

You’ll Spend Your Time:

  • Developing and expanding strategic partnerships that align with Snyk’s go-to-market goals.
  • Building joint plans that embed Snyk into partner cloud and DevSecOps offerings.
  • Driving co-sell activity and sourcing pipeline in collaboration with Sales and Solutions Engineering.
  • Onboarding and enabling new partners across key sectors and geographies.
  • Leading QBRs, enablement sessions, and performance reviews to keep momentum high.
  • Working with Marketing and Product to create standout campaigns and partner value.
  • Representing Snyk at partner events and industry meetups across the UKI market.

What You’ll Need:

  • 5+ years of experience in partner, channel, or alliance management, ideally in cybersecurity, DevSecOps, or AppSec.
  • Experience engaging with a range of partners—resellers, GSIs, and cloud providers.
  • Strong commercial instincts and the ability to develop and execute impactful joint go-to-market plans.
  • Understanding of developer tooling, application security, or cloud-native environments, and how to tie technical value to business outcomes.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities across internal and external teams.
  • Familiarity with the UKI tech ecosystem.
  • A self-starter attitude—you’re comfortable with ambiguity and act with ownership.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

We’d be Lucky if You:

  • Have worked closely with UKI partners like Softcat, Bytes, Computacenter, or cloud providers like AWS or Azure.
  • Know your way around cloud marketplaces and have helped partners launch offerings or build services.
  • Have experience with application security or open source security tooling.
  • Speak French or German, to support collaboration across EMEA.
  • Bring a creative, solutions-oriented approach and love figuring things out as you go.
  • Want to make a real impact, work with great people, and enjoy yourself along the way.

We care deeply about the warm, inclusive environment we’ve created and we value diversity – we welcome applications from those typically underrepresented in tech. If you like the sound of this role but are not totally sure whether you’re the right person, do apply anyway!
