Sales Enablement Lead

Boston

Every day, the world gets more digital thanks to tens of millions of developers building the future faster than ever. But with exponential growth comes exponential risk, as outnumbered security teams struggle to secure mountains of code. This is where Snyk (pronounced “sneak”) comes in. Snyk is a developer security platform that makes it easy for development teams to find, prioritize, and fix security vulnerabilities in code, dependencies, containers, and cloud infrastructure — and do it all right from the start. Snyk is on a mission to make the world a more secure place by empowering developers to develop fast and stay secure.

Joining Snyk means embracing our core values: One Team, Care Deeply, Customer Centric, and Forward Thinking. As a member of our team, you’ll have the opportunity to thrive in a dynamic environment where fostering collaboration, leading with empathy, driving business impact, and inspiring trust are at the heart of everything we do.

As a Lead Sales Enablement Partner, you will be responsible for driving the success of our sales teams by overseeing and implementing strategic global Enablement programs, as well as supporting our Named Sales teams to optimize their performance and support our accelerated growth.

You will work closely with leadership and contributing teams to develop and execute field enablement and global programs, and own the delivery and execution of Enablement around our Sales Methodology and sales process. Collaborating cross-functionally, diving into data, and applying best practices will allow you to adapt, create, and scale sales enable initiatives. As an experienced sales and enablement professional, you will partner with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to lead, facilitate and evolve our enablement programs.

You’ll Spend Your Time:

  • Building scalable enablement content and programs and measure the impact on key sales metrics.
  • Gathering feedback from the sales team and leaders on a regular basis to constantly improve supporting programs.
  • Delivering programs related to Snyk’s methodology and help infuse it into sales skills programs, training, and cross functional projects.
  • Creating live, written, and course content to onboard, educate the sales team, and advance deals.

What You’ll Need:

  • 5+ years of Sales Enablement experience. Experience in a sales role is preferred; experience in a hyper-growth environment is desirable.
  • Experience delivering training and presenting to a GTM audience both face to face and virtually. Deep understanding of sales best practices, GTM processes, and Enterprise SaaS sales.
  • Experience with sales methodologies and ideally delivering training to support the methodologies adoption by GTM teams. Force Management and MEDICC/MEDDPICC is preferred.
  • Posses strong presentation and communication skills, to be used in delivery of training and in close collaboration with senior stakeholders.
  • Experience in content management & learning management platforms.
  • Skilled in multitasking, prioritization, and managing projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to analyze, design, and implement solutions to address gaps in knowledge or performance.
  • Ability to summarize and communicate information of complexity to peers and immediate team members.
  • Demonstrates willingness to collaborate with team members and seek feedback from managers and senior colleagues.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, as required for event execution.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks related to event setup and execution, including standing for extended periods, lifting and moving equipment, and working in diverse event environments.

We’d be Lucky if You:
