Our mission is to empower every developer to innovate securely in the AI era — boosting productivity while reducing business risk. We’re not your average security company - we build Snyk on One Team, Care Deeply, Customer Centric, and Forward Thinking.

It’s how we stay driven, supportive, and always one step ahead as AI reshapes our world.

Our Opportunity

We are seeking a highly analytical, systems-oriented, and strategic Senior Revenue Operations Manager to drive the efficiency and effectiveness of our Sales and Marketing functions. This unique role blends the critical elements of Sales Operations, GTM Engineering, and Marketing Automation, placing you at the nexus of data, process, and technology. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, are passionate about leveraging technology to unlock growth, and can seamlessly navigate between strategic thinking and hands-on execution, this role is for you.

You’ll Spend Your Time:

  • Supporting the integrity, quality, and governance of our sales and marketing data primarily in Salesforce. Design and implement robust data stewardship practices, including data cleansing, deduplication, and ongoing maintenance.
  • Leading the development and analysis of key sales and marketing funnel metrics, leveraging Salesforce, Looker, and Google Sheets
  • Designing, building, and maintaining comprehensive dashboards and reports that provide real-time visibility into the health and performance of our revenue engine.
  • Partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to understand their needs, gather feedback, and ensure alignment on process and system enhancements.
  • Defining, documenting, and optimizing scalable sales and marketing processes that enhance efficiency, improve collaboration, and drive consistent execution across the customer journey.
  • Designing and implementing new workflows, automations, and integrations to support strategic initiatives.
  • Identifying opportunities to leverage automation to enhance sales and marketing effectiveness, reduce manual effort, and improve the customer experience.
  • Staying abreast of the rapidly evolving AI technology landscape and proactively identify, evaluate, and pilot AI-driven solutions that can enhance our sales and marketing capabilities (e.g., lead scoring, content personalization, inbound follow up).
  • Administering, optimizing, and managing our existing sales and marketing technology stack: Salesforce, Salesloft, Zoominfo, Traction and others.

What You’ll Need:

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, or a similar GTM systems-focused role, with a strong emphasis on data, process, and technology.
  • Deep expertise in Salesforce and experience working closely with a Salesforce admin team
  • Proven track record of designing, implementing, and optimizing sales and marketing processes that drive measurable improvements.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable recommendations. Experience with Looker or similar BI tools is a significant plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and optimize a diverse sales and marketing technology stack.
  • A keen interest in and understanding of the AI technology landscape, with a desire to explore and implement innovative AI solutions for sales and marketing.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a talent for implementing both scrappy, immediate solutions and sustainable, long-term strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proactive, self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and evolving environment.
