  • Design and lead strategies that secure long-term loyalty and unlock new value.
  • Build deep, multi-threaded relationships across C-suite and senior decision-makers.
  • Partner with Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, and Channel teams to capture and deliver expansion opportunities.
  • Enable customers to embed security seamlessly into AI-enabled, fast-evolving development processes.
  • Feed strategic customer insight into Product Management to shape our roadmap.
  • Deliver measurable outcomes through focused, high-impact account growth plans.

What You Bring:

  • A proven track record of delivering exceptional Net NRR through renewals, retention, and expansion.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and engage C-level stakeholders in complex organisations.
  • Background in Cybersecurity, DevOps, DevSecOps, or enterprise software account management.
  • Experience thriving in high-growth, fast-paced environments and building new functions or approaches.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills to drive customer success.

It’d Be Awesome If You Also…

  • Have deep expertise in developer security or a related field.
  • Love helping customers modernise security without slowing innovation.
  • Can take complex data or AI-driven insights and tell a story that makes execs lean in.
  • Get a buzz from solving tricky problems with smart, collaborative people.Bring fresh ideas and the confidence to test them out.
  • Know how to keep meetings sharp, energised, and maybe even a little fun – whether you’re in a boardroom or on Zoom.
