Senior Brand Designer

As a Senior Brand Designer, you will lead the creation of polished, performance-driven designs—ranging from digital campaigns and social content to presentations and in-person event collateral. You will collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to deliver impactful visual storytelling that brings SOCi’s mission and products to life. In this role, you’ll help set the standard for brand consistency, while identifying new creative opportunities to ensure SOCi stands out in the competitive B2B SaaS landscape.

How You'll Make an Impact:

  • Own Visual Execution: Lead the design and production of best-in-class creative assets for SOCi’s marketing and brand campaigns, including digital ads, social graphics, landing pages, event materials, presentations, and more. 
  • Ensure Brand Consistency: Uphold and advance SOCi’s brand guidelines across all visual touch points to maintain a cohesive, bold, and recognizable brand identity across the organization, ensuring a seamless and excellent presentation of the brand.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with marketing stakeholders, product teams, and external partners to develop assets that support demand generation, thought leadership, and product marketing goals.
  • Push Creative Boundaries: Conceptualize and execute standout creative ideas that help SOCi cut through the noise in B2B SaaS, bringing fresh thinking to every project.
  • Support Motion and Multimedia: Partner with video and motion designers (or leverage motion tools yourself) to incorporate animations, GIFs, and motion elements into campaigns where applicable.
  • Manage Design Projects: Prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality work in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
  • Contribute to Strategy: Provide design insights that enhance the effectiveness of campaigns, staying attuned to what resonates with our audience while monitoring design trends for new opportunities.

What You'll Need to be Successful:

  • Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in brand design, with a passion for storytelling and a keen eye for detail. Must have a strong portfolio that showcases exceptional work across both digital and print mediums.
  • Core Skills:
    • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
    • Strong expertise in Figma for web design and prototyping.
    • (Advanced) Experience with Canva.
  • Preferred Skills:
    • Basic knowledge of motion graphics and animation tools (e.g., After Effects).
    • Familiarity with creating assets for video, social media, and interactive platforms.
  • Creative Excellence: An innovative thinker with a strong understanding of brand strategy and its impact on business objectives. Strong grasp of typography, layout, color, and composition to craft bold and visually impactful designs.
  • Strategic Design Thinking:  A proactive problem-solver with the ability to align creative execution with brand strategy and campaign goals.
  • Collaboration: Adept at working cross-functionally to translate briefs and feedback into refined, high-quality outputs. A collaborative team player who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
  • Project Management: Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills to prioritize and manage multiple deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
  • Continuous Growth Mindset: A lifelong learner eager to stay updated on industry trends with a passion for innovation, and finding new creative approaches to solve business challenges.
