
Revenue Operations Intern
SOCi, the CoMarketing Cloud for Multi-Location Enterprises, is currently looking for an experienced Revenue Operations Intern to support the Revenue Operations and Sales teams with administrative tasks and duties. The Revenue Operations intern will be responsible for supporting the revenue operations and sales teams with basic reporting, administrative tasks such as ticket support, data entry, and other ad hoc requests. You will gain exposure to CRM tools, revenue analytics, and workflow automation while working closely with sales, marketing, and finance teams.
SOCi expects to pay a base salary of $20/hour USD.

How You’ll Make an Impact
- Support sellers and leaders directly with administrative tasks
- Slide deck formatting and proof reading internal presentations
- Assist in maintaining CRM and other sales enablement tools
- Support data analysis and reporting to provide insights on sales performance
- Collaborate with sales and revenue operations teams to streamline workflows
- Help optimize lead management and pipeline tracking processes
- Conduct market and competitive research to support revenue strategies
- Assist in the documentation of revenue operations processes and best practices
- Work on special projects related to revenue growth and operational efficiency
What You’ll Need to be Successful
- Boston-Based Opportunity: Ability to work from our Boston hub location
- Education: Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum of Sophomore year completed (or equivalent experience)
- Must Have:
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Google Slides or data visualization tools
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment
- Desired Skills (but not required):
- Interest in digital marketing, social media, or local search optimization is a bonus
